Location: South UK based (London M25 - easy access to London)   

Product: Single use endoscopes for urology and ENT (rhinolaryngoscope, cystoscope and launching a urethroscope later this year)

What you’ll be doing:

In this newly created role as a Regional Sales Associate, your role will be to provide additional specialist product and sales support in major accounts.     

  • You'll be working alongside the Territory Managers providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth sales transactions
  • You'll identify and target strategic/key accounts where there is growth potential through training, i.e. accelerating rebuy rates and ensuring wide-spread hospital adoption
  • You'll maximise attendance at training sessions to ensure all relevant clinical personnel are fully trained and competent
  • You'll work closely with Product Manager to ensure customer needs and expectations are anticipated and met
  • You'll be dealing with a range of stakeholders beyond clinical areas (procurement, finance etc. as well as selling into a range of hospital departments including theatres, ITU, endoscopy, urology, outpatients, emergency departments, Max Fax and speech and language.
  • You'll be coordinating clinical evaluations in new account and for the new product launch, as well as supporting existing accounts.
  • If you're in a clinical role, looking to break into medical sales, a biomed graduate, or are currently working in medical sales, but very much at the start of your career, this is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a structured and supportive environment.
  • Stakeholders selling to: Urologists, ENT consultants, speech and language therapists

Here’s what you need:

  • You'll have a clinical background or a life science or biomedical science degree and relevant experience of training and supporting customers within the NHS.
  • In addition you'll be personable, friendly and outgoing with the ability  to engage with all levels of clinical staff (nurse to consultant)

Basic Salary: c £35,000 to £45,000

Bonus: 15%

Car policy: car (hybrid BMW 3 series level) or car allowance £600pm
