Advance Recruitment is a specialist medtech recruitment agency with a focus on filling commercial positions. Founded in 1997, we are the longest established recruitment agency in our sector. 1. Discovery
The process starts with an in-depth study of your company and the role you need filled. Through our probing questions we’ll uncover the challenges and objectives of the role and understand exactly what skills and experience you need in a successful candidate.
2. Engagement
We will advertise the vacancy across various industry specific jobs boards and our own website. We will develop a candidate target list to include actively looking candidates, as well as candidates who may not be currently in the job market.
We will reach out to potential candidates through a combination of phone calls (our main method of communication), email and social media messages.
To the candidates we feel best meet your criteria, we sell your vision and opportunity, engaging the interest of top-performing active and passive candidates for you.
We will vet candidates to ensure they are a potential fit for the role. Depending on the service level chosen, this may also require the candidate to conduct a video interview answering specific questions set by you and/or psychometric testing.
3. Shortlist/Presentation
A short list of suitable CVs will be submitted to you. For our contingent service this would be via email, however if you chose our retained or exclusive options this would be done via our video platform.
4. Selection
We will help you manage the interview process, ensuring this goes as smoothly as possible. We will invest time in briefing and debriefing all parties throughout the process, adding to a positive candidate experience and facilitating deep rapport building with candidates.
5. Closing
From the trust and rapport we build with the candidates through every stage, we will know exactly how each candidate views your opportunity. We will share what could enhance your attraction factor, any concerns they may have for you to overcome and any other hurdles that stand in the way of your chosen candidate accepting a job offer.
6. Aftercare
From the trust and rapport we build with the candidates through every stage, we will know exactly how each candidate views your opportunity. We will share what could enhance your attraction factor, any concerns they may have for you to overcome and any other hurdles that stand in the way of your chosen candidate accepting a job offer.
We will coach the candidate through the resignation process to minimise the risk of the candidate accepting a counter-offer and keep in regular contact with them prior to starting with you.
Our commitments to you don’t stop on the day the candidate starts with you. We will assist with onboarding and check-in with both company and candidate at future points to help ensure that you hire the right candidate for the long term.
