  • Group Workshops: Delivered online for up to 20 participants per session, with the flexibility to host on-site at the client's location. These workshops focus on career planning, CV writing, LinkedIn Optimisation, interview techniques and job-seeking strategies.

1-2-1 Outplacement: 5-STS

Clients can build their own bespoke outplacement programme, but our 5-step programme below is a comprehensive solution for specialised, technical, management and senior-level employees.

  • ✓ Discovery phase: 2 hours of 1-2-1 coaching and reflection to understand the individual – discuss why, big picture, motivators, financial needs, career aspirations, current situation etc
  • ✓ Optioneering phase: 2 hours of coaching + reflection to define career direction – develop career autobiography and perform skills gap analysis between current and required skills, experience and qualifications
  • ✓ Planning phase: Create short, medium and longer term career plan (produce written document) with clear action points to plug any skills gaps
