- 1-2-1 Support: Our personalised sessions can be based on our proven 3-STS (3 Steps to Success) and 5-STS (5 Steps to Success) programmes, or clients have the option to customise their own bundle.
- 5-STS Career Transition Process is ideal for specialised, experienced professionals and those at manager or leadership levels.
- 3-STS Career Transition Process caters to entry-level and non-specialised workers.
- Group Workshops: Delivered online for up to 20 participants per session, with the flexibility to host on-site at the client's location. These workshops focus on career planning, CV writing, LinkedIn Optimisation, interview techniques and job-seeking strategies.
1-2-1 Outplacement: 5-STS
Clients can build their own bespoke outplacement programme, but our 5-step programme below is a comprehensive solution for specialised, technical, management and senior-level employees.
- ✓ Discovery phase: 2 hours of 1-2-1 coaching and reflection to understand the individual – discuss why, big picture, motivators, financial needs, career aspirations, current situation etc
- ✓ Optioneering phase: 2 hours of coaching + reflection to define career direction – develop career autobiography and perform skills gap analysis between current and required skills, experience and qualifications
- ✓ Planning phase: Create short, medium and longer term career plan (produce written document) with clear action points to plug any skills gaps
- ✓ Personal branding phase: Our Personal Branding Specialist writes CV and LinkedIn profile in out tried and tested, 5-star rated and award-winning method, with sufficient content to tailor the CV to different roles
- ✓ Release phase: 90-mins of coaching on how to tailor applications and use LinkedIn, interview coaching and mock interview with 1-2-1 feedback

1-2-1 Outplacement: 3-STS
Clients can build their own bespoke outplacement programme, but our 3-step programme below is a comprehensive solution for non-specialised and entry level employees
- ✓ Ready: One hour career coaching to define career direction and target roles
- ✓ Aim: Detailed fact-finding session and creation of an effective CV and LinkedIn profile
- ✓ Fire: One hour of coaching on how to attack the job market and tailor job applications, one hour interview coaching, and mock interview with 1-2-1 feedback

Group Outplacement Workshops
- ✓ Half-day (online) workshops on a range of core career transition topics
- ✓ Clients would usually book 5 half-day sessions on each topic to total 2.5 days
- ✓ Sessions are run virtually (but can be run onsite over a full day for a different fee)
- ✓ Up to 20 people can attend at any one time
