What you’ll be doing:
- You will be selling tracheostomy products into both primary and secondary care. There will be a large degree of patient focus and interaction with the position, for example you will attend community patient events where you will speak directly to the patients.
- You will also deal with ENT surgeons and Speech and Language Therapists who are based in both primary and secondary care.
- You will work alongside another Territory Manager, a Field Nurse and a Clinical Educator to maximise business opportunities within your territory to increase sales and gain new patient registrations.
- Full product, condition and service training will be given as a high level of knowledge of airway and respiratory management is essential to gain credibility and influence at all levels.
- Stake holders selling to: ENT surgeons and Speech and Language Therapists.
Here’s what you need:
- You should be an experienced medical device sales rep, ideally with experience of selling into or working in ITU and experience of primary and secondary care.
- As this is role is heavily patient focused, you should be a strong relationship builder and be comfortable with patient contact.
- Good process and account management skills will be essential.
Basic Salary: £50,000 - £58,000 depending on experience and contacts
Bonus: £12,000 OT with accelerators can earn £20k
