Location: M62 Corridor (main areas Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool)
Product: ENT and Neurosurgery devices (ICP Monitoring, High-Speed ENT Drills, BET (Balloon Eustachian Tuboplasty), Cranial Closure, Middle Ear Implants, Dissolvable Haemostatic Intranasal Dressings, Catheters, Ventilation Tubes and X-Ray detectable patties

You will be joining a distributor specialising in ENT, neurosurgery and specialised surgical equipment who represent a small, hand-picked group of manufacturers on an exclusive basis. What you’ll be doing:
- This is a very relationship-based sell where it is imperative to work alongside primarily ENT and Neurosurgeons in order to gain their trust, demonstrate their high-quality range of products and negotiate a fair price.
- You will be responsible for your own geographic region, however, due to the company approach you may be asked to assist colleagues in neighbouring regions.
- You will be given bags of autonomy in order for to do your job.
- This is a role where you are requested specifically to be present by Consultant Surgeons and are in a really privileged position within the surgical team.
- Stakeholders selling to: ENT and Neurosurgeons in Theatres
Here’s what you need:
- Ideally you will have previous ENT or Neuro Surgical experience, but other side of surgeon sells will also be considered.
- You should be interested in working for a company with no red tape, who have the antithesis of a corporate culture, and be prepared to work flexibly and be target driven.
- Alternatively, my client will also look at candidates who have a clinical background and have some hospital sales.
Basic Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
Bonus: £20-30k on target but open ended
Car policy: Allowance (£6000 p/a)
