What you’ll be doing:
- You will be selling technically complex neuro products to a range of stakeholders including consultant neurosurgeons.
- You will be presenting your products at multi-disciplinary meetings and using your analytical skills to look at trends and gaps within accounts to determine a strategy to grow the business within each account.
- You will be supported on patch by a Technical Specialist, but part of your role will be to sometimes provide a consultative role to consultants in the OR setting.
- The amount of time spent in the OR will vary depending on the business needs at the time e.g. if there is an ongoing trial. You will also help influence the patient pathway to ensure more patients are diagnosed and then treated for neuro conditions.
- Stakeholders selling to: Neurosurgeons, Neuro Intensivists, nursing staff, procurement
Here’s what you need:
- You will already have several years' experience selling technical medical devices and have the gravitas and confidence to have high level discussions with clinicians.
- You will have the intellectual capacity to learn a varied and complex portfolio of products, and you'll be the kind of person who is happiest working in a collaborative team environment.
- Energetic and hardworking, you will have a thirst for learning new things and a growth mindset.
Basic Salary: c£50,000 - £58,000
Bonus: £35k pa paid quarterly (overage paid and uncapped at year end)
