What you’ll be doing:
- A large part of the role will involve delivering product training to continence nurses and the remainder driving commercial sales in hospitals.
- Working with the global and market leading brand, you will be responsible for acquiring new business and retaining existing business in Acute and Home Delivery channels.
- Your activities will support clinicians to make the best choice of continence products to benefit patients and the customers.
- The role will be a mixture of remote and field-based work.
Here’s what you need:
- You will come from a clinical background, ideally with continence experience along with commercial acumen.
- You may be considered coming from a hospital sales background if you have had experience in patient contact.
- Personality attributes: Compassionate, high levels of emotional intelligence, collaborative.
Basic Salary: Up to £50,000 dependent on experience
Bonus: 20% on target, up to 40% stretched bonus
