You will be joining a company that provides bone anchored hearing solutions for patients who cannot wear conventional hearing aids. They have more than a century of experience in audiology, as well as decades of pioneering experience in hearing implant technology.

What you’ll be doing:

  • As a Regional Account Manager, you will be selling an implantable hearing product into the secondary care arena within NHS to establish accounts in the discipline of ENT and Audiology.
  • Building strong loyal business relationships by working closely with surgeons, audiologists, nurses and other linked specialities and charities. This role requires exceptional proven selling skills with the emphasis on partnership selling.
  • As well as attending clinics you will also guide the ENT surgeons through the implantation technique.
  • With a large market share, a key element of the role will be to maintain the existing market share and build on their increase in market share over the last few years.
  • Key contacts will include customers within the UK and Ireland: ENT Surgeons, Audiologists, ENT Nurses, Teachers of the Deaf and when required BA Patients and their families.
  • This is not a procurement led sale. The decision makers are clinical.

Stakeholders selling to: ENT surgeons, audiologists, nurses, charities.

Here’s what you need:

  • You should be a graduate-calibre individual with a strong and proven track record within medical device sales and a consultative sales approach.
  • You should have a good understanding of NHS procedures and understanding of finance and protocols would be an advantage.
  • You should be an excellent relationship builder and be comfortable with a clinical sell.
  • With excellent account management skills and an excellent record of account maintenance, you will also have the ability to expand the business.
  • Experience of the audiology or dental market would be beneficial as would experience of selling or working in theatres.

Basic Salary: to £45,000

Bonus: 28% of basic (7% pq for sales)
