Location: Northern England (exact boundaries TBC)

Product: Spacing product for prostate cancer- spacing agent put between the prostate and the rectum to protect the rectal space from being damaged during radiation

What you’ll be doing:

  • You will be responsible for the direction and management of all sales activities within the North of the UK for this product with the goal of meeting and exceeding sales objectives and National Plan set out by the National Sales Manager.
  • This role requires focus on both the sales and in-country marketing aspects in the North of the UK
  • Lead and execute on the Go direct strategy.
  • Continue to build a growth culture within the Urology Team, focusing on this product in line with the strategy and objectives of the Global Urology Business Unit.
  • Be a proactive participant of the UK Urology Care Sales team, share and learn from best practice
  • A strong analytical skill set is essential
  • Effectively manage the portfolio to drive GM improvement, revenue growth working closely with the Southern Regional Account Manager.
  • Ensuring at all the times the division operates ethically and inline will all FCPA, local regulations and IPP Policies
  • Ensure the company and its products are seen as key provider within the Urology and adjacent clinical and customer communities.

Stake holders selling to: Consultant Surgeons, Urologists, Procurement, Surgical/ Urology business managers, nurses, theatre managers, registrars, junior doctors

Here’s what you need:

  • You will be a talented medical device sales rep with proven success of selling into hospitals.
  • You must genuinely care about what you do and aren't afraid to take on responsibility.
  • Ideally, you will have strong experience in selling in the Acute market and experience selling to urology, uro-oncology consultants and interventional Radiology is an advantage and would be preferred

Salary: £65,000

Bonus: 25%
