Location: Northern England (exact boundaries TBC)

Product: Acute Urology (bladder management) - 3-way catheters, 2-way catheters, drainage bags. Endourology - stents for kidney stones and a bulking agent to stop reflux of urine going up to the kidney from the bladder

What you’ll be doing:

  • You will be responsible for the direction and management of all sales activities within the North of the UK for the Acute urology care team with the goal of meeting and exceeding sales objectives and National Plan set out by the Acute Urology National Sales Manager.
  • This role requires focus on both the sales and in-country marketing aspects for the Acute urology Business.
  • You will lead and execute on the Go direct strategy.
  • Continue to build a growth culture within the Acute Urology Business, focusing on Acute Urology portfolio with a special focus on growth in the Deflux product range in line with the strategy and objectives of the Global Urology Business Unit.
  • Effectively manage the Deflux and Acute portfolio to drive GM improvement, revenue growth working closely with the Northern Regional Manager for Deflux and Acute Urology
  • Ensure Teleflex and its products are seen as key provider within the Urology and adjacent clinical and customer communities.

Stake holders selling to: Interventional Urologists, Urologists, Procurement, Endourologists, Urology Specialist Nurses

Here’s what you need:

  • You will be a talented medical device sales rep with proven success of selling into hospitals.
  • You must genuinely care about what you do and aren't afraid to take on responsibility.
  • You will have sold urology, continence, endourology or radiology products.
  • You will have hospital-based sales experience, know the hospital selling pathway and cycle, and have experience with procurement. 
  • You will be passionate, driven, honest, and entrepreneurial.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Conceptual or disruptive selling experience

Salary: to £50,000/55,000

Bonus: 25%
