What you’ll be doing:
Your core focus will be growing the business on your territory within the foot & ankle market. The territory manager will be responsible for managing existing key accounts in the region. They will also focus on pursuing new business opportunities from upcoming product launches by the company, which is the largest privately owned foot and ankle company globally.
The role is critical for the company's growth, as they are looking to expand their presence in the German market. You will be responsible for generating interest in the company's medical devices, particularly their total ankle replacement product, and preparing for the introduction of new products in the second half of the year.
They are looking for someone who is motivated by building something from the ground up and has the resilience to work in a small, agile business environment. You should be comfortable with significant business development responsibilities, with the role being approximately 70% focused on new business development and 30% on maintaining existing customer relationships.
The role requires someone who can work independently and think strategically, as you will not be micromanaged.
Stakeholders selling to: Orthopaedic foot & ankle surgeons
Here’s what you need:
You will have a minimum of two years of experience in orthopaedic implant sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in foot and ankle, however experience in trauma, joint-related sales (including shoulders, hips, and knees), and spinal implant sales will also be considered.
You will have a strong understanding of orthopaedic anatomy and how bone structures fit together is essential, along with how orthopaedic procedures are performed. Candidates should be able to demonstrate business acumen and a willingness to learn all aspects of the role.
Salary: €90,000
Bonus: OTE €25k uncapped, paid quarterly. 60% is based on hitting target, 40% on objectives - soft personal objectives such as international audits, product launches.
Car policy: Car allowance €1100 pm, Fuel 48 cents a kilometre
