What you’ll be doing:
- Driving sales of the complete Extremities & Trauma portfolio within your designated territory, by targeting and planning activities focused around Flagship and strategic accounts.
- Maintain a high level of technical and clinical knowledge to continually support both internal and external customers, assisting with surgical procedures, on-going hospital staff training and support, and organising cadaveric workshops, where appropriate, to drive our focus of Innovation and Education.
Here’s what you need:
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in one of the bio-medical sciences or related field e.g. qualified Physiotherapist or equivalent experience.
- Experience in Theatres and specifically within Orthopaedics is preferred.
- Outstanding communication skills to communicate at varying levels with multiple stakeholders across the business and within hospital accounts.
- Ability to develop training materials and provide comprehensive teaching is necessary.
Basic Salary: £36k ‘basic’, plus £24k guaranteed bonus = £60k
Bonus: 12% of growth (per quarter, for example Q1 24 growth from Q1 23)
