Product: IV access products, blood collection systems, injection systems, home infusion therapy elastomeric pump (will be focus on this)

Who you will be working for:

You will be joining the European unit of a leading global healthcare organisation, which employs over 35,000 people worldwide. Reporting to the Country Manager, you will serve as a Hospital Products Regional Sales Manager on its Diagnostics unit.

In the UK, the company operates as two separate entities: one that has been providing high-quality blood glucose monitoring systems to the NHS since 2000 and is now the leading blood glucose monitoring company in the UK, and another that offers comprehensive renal solutions for haemodialysis and dialysis-related treatment. As with the company's global operations, the UK branches continue to grow year on year by delivering high-quality products that offer excellent value to the NHS, accompanied by exceptional levels of customer service.

This role is on the diagnostics division selling it's range of peripheral vascular access devices.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Reporting to the Country Manager, you will be continuing to launch and sell the complete peripheral vascular access portfolio to the UK healthcare market.
  • You'll be selling to a range of key decision makers in the public and private healthcare sectors, including Vascular Access teams, anaesthetists, oncologists, pharmacists and procurement.
  • You will be instrumental in growing the range of hospital products to the UK market.
  • Achieve annual sales target and individual goals which will drive the achievement of targets.
  • Understand customer pains, goals and solutions to build new strong consultative relationships during this exciting launch phase.
  • Effectively manage and prioritise new accounts to position and sell a new and exciting range of vascular access products.
  • Work closely with distributers, the NHS and other potential customers.
  • In collaboration with the UK Country Manager, proactively develop and implement territory plans for sustainable, long-term sales success.
  • Provide effective training and support to customers on the Hospital products portfolio.
  • Be able to conduct and manage product trials and in-service processes as part of account conversion and management.

Here’s what you need:

  • You'll be an experienced sales person within the medical sales sector and have sold pharmaceutical compounding services to the NHS.
  • You will be highly motivated and have effective organisational skills, as well as the ability to work both individually and as part of a diverse and dynamic team.
  • You must be prepared to travel with up to 80% of your time in the field with some occasional travel nationally.
  • You'll enjoy hunting out new business and opening up new accounts.
  • You'll be target driven with a consistent sales track record of achieving target.
  • A team player, you're the kind of person who is happy to roll their sleeves up to get things done.

Basic Salary: c£50,000 - £58,000

Bonus 15%

Car policy:  company car
