What you’ll be doing:
As part of a growing Clinical Application Team, you’ll act as a key link between customers and internal teams—ensuring products integrate seamlessly into clinical workflows. You’ll gather feedback from the field and help deliver a best-in-class service experience. It's a busy role, so you'll need to be comfortable wearing different hats!
You will support the growth of the company across surgery, gastroenterology/endoscopy, and pulmonology by delivering expert clinical training, in-field support, and driving product adoption. Covering the South of the UK, you’ll work closely with healthcare professionals to provide demonstrations, onboarding, and commissioning of its technologies
You will:
- Support the growth of the company's sales across surgery, gastroenterology/endoscopy, and pulmonology by delivering expert clinical training, in-field support, and driving product adoption
- Provide comprehensive post-sale support to the sales team with setup, training, and system onboarding
- Develop virtual and efficient training methods, such as online platforms and webinars to enhance customer experience and product adoption
- Engage in pre-sales activities, including user acceptance testing and trials for new products
- Participate in industry events alongside Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to strengthen our market position
- Contribute to strategic development, claims, and messaging development utilizing market and product knowledge
- Work directly with healthcare professionals to provide demonstrations, onboarding, and commissioning of our technologies
- Gather valuable feedback from the field to inform product development and marketing strategies
- Act as a key link between customers and internal teams to ensure products integrate seamlessly into clinical workflows
Here’s what you need:
You'll need a clinical background (e.g., nursing) or a biomedical science background. If you're not a healthcare professional, experience in a clinical application or medical affairs role is required. In addition you'll need:
A flexible mindset and willingness to wear multiple hats. Detail-oriented and data-driven approach. The ability to quickly learn and analyse clinical papers. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for internal stakeholder and customer engagement. A strategic mindset to contribute insights for strategy development. The ability to translate complex technical information into accessible training content A willingness to travel throughout the South of the UK with trips to the North on occasion.
Bonus points if you have: Experience in advanced energy, surgery, interventional pulmonology and/or gastroenterology/electrosurgery.
Salary: £40,000 - £48,000
Bonus: £10,000 (based on three individual objectives focused on delivering training initiatives, upskilling the team, and enhancing clinical education—not sales targets)
