Product: Custom dental and surgical loupes
Who you’ll be working for:
A leading designer and manufacturer of handcrafted, custom-fitted magnifying loupes and LED headlights is seeking to expand their sales team in the UK.
Driven by creativity, dedication, and an unrelenting pursuit of excellence, this forward-thinking company is setting new technology standards and cementing its stature as a pioneering manufacturer in the industry. Their custom-designed products are exceptionally lightweight, convenient to use, and ergonomic, enabling dentists, hygienists, veterinarians, and surgeons to focus on effectiveness while the company ensures their comfort.
This is an exceptional ground floor opportunity for a business-to-business sales professional who thrives in the field and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
What you’ll enjoy:
- Ground floor opportunity to join a global market leader and innovator who are launching in the UK.
- Excellent career development opportunities as the organisation has plans to expand rapidly.
- The opportunity to sell gold standard products.
- No protracted purchasing chain! Dentists make the buying decisions themselves.
What you’ll be doing:
This role is very field based, and you'll need to be customer facing very day. You'll be following up on leads from a variety of sources including some cold calling. You'll be developing Key Opinion Leaders and attending trade shows. Using a consultative sales process you'll build relationships, uncover needs and close the sale. As these products are custom made for the customer, you'll then need to visit the customer post sale to ensure the loupe is properly fitted for the customer.
- Build and maintain relationships with dental and surgical professionals in your territory.
- Conduct product demos and consultations to showcase loupes.
- Provide expert guidance on product selection to meet client needs.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Independently manage your territory and schedule meetings with customers.
- Track client interactions and sales activities in CRM.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to get leads.
Here’s what you need:
You'll have several years of demonstrable sales success in a field-based sales role under the belt!
Ideally, you'll have worked in the dental market, or a related market such as vision care, although if you've worked in any other type of medical or business to business sales and love being out in the field in front of customers driving new business, we'd love to hear from you!
You'll need to be the kind of person who likes to make things happen. You'll be an excellent relationship builder, sales driven, but also someone who likes to provide excellent customer service.
